Sziget Festival Gateway

Sziget Festival is an international week long music and art festival that takes place in Budapest, Hungary. The festival attracted in 2015 a record number of 440,000 visitors and has been lately called the East European Glastonbury. It takes place on an island in the middle of the Danube river and attracts among the locals also many foreigners namely from France, the Netherlands, Italy or Belgium.

The whole Sziget experience is not about cheap alcohol or hot weather, but mainly about music, art and theatre performances. It is a full cultural experience that you can hardly find anywhere else.

In 2015, I invited #Alpaca to come and enjoy the festival with me. Daily we were posting pictures on both Instagram and on Facebook. But majority of the content was being published on this blog. Interested in seeing how we saw Sziget festival 2015?
